If you’re one of the few attorneys…like me…that didn’t graduate from an ABA school, not to worry…you won’t be able to take the Georgia Bar Exam anytime soon.
Proposed legislation died in Georgia today that would have allowed attorneys from other states who graduated from unaccredited law schools to take the Georgia bar exam without first getting a waiver failed in the House.
Once more that test isn’t whether you have passed a state bar, it’s whether the bars were closed even before you attended the first day of school.
So sad.
