South Dakota Courts on Bar Exams under the ADA

In a September, 2006 ruling, the South Dakota Supreme Court affirmed a lower court decision that 150% of the normal exam time, and in a distraction-free room was sufficient for an bar candidate with ADHA who wanted 200% of the normal exam time. The Bar rejected the testimony of the candidate’s expert.
