An anonymous blogger is alleged to be the publisher of 41 questions taken from one of the two 2006 MBE administrations.

Attorneys for the NCBE have issued subpoenas to Google and Earthlink to uncover the identity of the blogger, who put the questions on the Internet within hours of the test.

I took the 6 day course, and I also took the 3 day course.

The 6 day course (taught live) was very useful. I was…at the time…very surprised to see so many similar questions on the MBE. Of course now I know why.
