BarBri Class Action - Proposed Settlement and Claim Form

If you took a BarBri course anywhere in the U.S. from 8/1/97 through 7/31/2006, you may be a member of a class action that is near settlement. A $49m fund has been set up to pay the class members (with the attorneys taking 25%). The actual amount to be paid to any claimant will not exceed 30% of the course fees he or she paid.
