An anonymous blogger is alleged to be the publisher of 41 questions taken from one of the two 2006 MBE administrations.
Attorneys for the NCBE have issued subpoenas to Google and Earthlink to uncover the identity of the blogger, who put the questions on the Internet within hours of the test.
Maybe PMBR should take note…given the NCBE judgment against them, they must be looking for ‘fresh meat’ for the red and blue books!
